    Sir,
Recently I was travelling in a local train from Bandel to Howrah (West Bengal). I came across an elderly person almost 75 years age in neat & tidy white kurta & dhoti. He was neither in a position to walk properly nor could see through a thick speacks. But heartily to say that he was begging from everyone in that croud. Seems to be one time in good position. If their is any NGO or other helping agencies or any possibility to help him to have a shelter it would be great help to humanity.
